       Admin เกิดใน อำเภอ สามพราน จ นครปฐม ย้อนไปในวัยเด็กวิถีชีวิตและความทรงจำเกี่ยวกับแม่น้ำนครชัยศรี หรือแม่น้ำท่าจีนยังคงชัดเจน แม้ว่าเวลาจะผ่านมากว่า 40 ปี เราพึ่งพาอาศัยกับสายน้ำตั้งแต่ตื่นจนหลับ เนื่องจากบ้านเกิดเป็นบ้านสวนตั้งอยู่ ริมแม่น้ำที่จีน ที่ริมสองฝั่งแม่น้ำเต็มไปด้วยพันธุ์ไม้นานาชนิด เช่น  กอผักบุ้ง กอบัว ผักกระเฉด กอเตยซึ่งลอยทอดตัวอยู่ในน้ำริมตลิ่ง  ถัดขึ้นไปเป็นตีนเป็ด มะม่วง มะพร้าว มะนาว ส้มโอ ขนุน กล้วยฯลฯ

เวลาทำกับข้าวก็หาวัตถุดิบ จากสวน หรือในน้ำ เวลาไปไหนมาไหนจะใช้เรือ หากนั่งเรือเล่นรับลม  จะผ่านวัดวาอารามเป็นระยะๆ และมองสองข้างทาง จะพบบ้านเรือนแบบต่างๆ ของชาวบ้าน บ้านริมน้ำจะมีอู่จอดเรือ มีสะพานไม้ทอดลงมายังท่าน้ำ มีเรือพายจอดอยู่หัวบันไดท่าน้ำ เวลาน้ำไหลขึ้นชาวบ้านลงมาตักน้ำใส่โอ่งไว้อาบตอนน้ำแห้ง นำผ้ามาซัก และนำผักผลไม้ลงมาล้าง และลงอาบน้ำในแม่น้ำ ทำเลที่ตั้งของบ้านสมัยก่อนเป็นจุดศูนย์กลางของท่าทางขึ้น รถและเรือ ทำให้ทุกเช้า มีผู้คนมาผ่านหน้าบ้านตลอด

ความประทับใจที่มีต่อบ้านเกิด เป็นแรงบันดาลใจที่จุดประกายความคิด 'สดจากสวน'

      คุณปู่ คุณย่า นำของจากสวน และอาหารที่ปรุงจากธรรมชาติมาขาย ที่ท่าน้ำตอนเช้าทุกวัน เช่น ผักบุ้ง ผักกระเฉด ห่อหมก ปลาหล่น ส้มโอ มะพร้าวอ่อน พริก มะกรูด มะนาว ทำให้มีรายได้ยังชีพ และจุนเจือครอบครัว แม้ว่าปัจจุบันนี้ วิถีชีวิตแบบพึ่งพาสายน้ำ จะเปลี่ยนไปการสัญจรจากเรือเปลี่ยนเป็นรถ จากบ้านริมน้ำเปลี่ยนเป็นร้านอาหารโรงงาน รีสอร์ต จากตลาดเช้าริมน้ำ เปลี่ยนเป็นการสั่งซื้ออาหาร Online แต่ผลิตภัณฑ์ "สดจากสวน" ก็ขออนุญาตถ่ายทอด ความอุดมสมบูรณ์ มนต์เสน่ห์วิถีการพึ่งพาสายน้ำของชาวสวนริมฝั่งแม่น้ำท่าจีน ผ่านเมนูอาหาร ให้ทุกคนได้รู้จัก

customers at an affordable price. It is like “opening the kitchen in the garden” and directly served to everyone. The inspiration is my impressive hometown. It sparked the idea of “fresh from the garden”. I was born in Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Back into the time when I was a kid, the way of life and memories of the Nakhon Chai Si river and the Tha Chin river are still vivid although it has been more than 40 years. We had relied on the rivers since waking up until sleeping. Since my home is a garden home located by the Tha Chin river, we can find the ingredients for cooking from the garden and in the water. 

On both sides of the river, there are various kinds of plants such as Lamjiak clump, Morning glory clump, Lotus clump, Mimosa sprouts, and Pandanus clump floating in the riverbank, and next up are Lamphun, Olives, Bamboo groves, Cerbera Odallam, Mango trees, Coconut trees, etc.

When I want to go out, I can take a boat and enjoy the view of the riversides. There are temples, many styles of houses, shipyards and small piers along the riverbank. When the water rises, the ships will be lifted up next to the piers, and the villagers will come down to draw water into the jars for bathing when the water is dry, wash clothes and wash fruits and vegetables and bath in the river – the location of this house in the past was located in the center next to the bus station and the boat port.

so every morning people passed through the front of the house. Grandparents wouldbring some garden products and fresh fine cooked food such as morning glory, water-mimosa, steamed curried fish in banana leave (Ho-Mok), grapefruit, young coconut to sell at the waterfront in the morning every day, making a living income and family support -Although nowadays the way of life depending on the river has changed; travelling by boats has been changed to travelling by cars, riverside houses have been renovated into restaurants, factories and resorts, and ordering food online has replaced shopping at Riverside Market in the morning. However, “Fresh from the garden" products will convey the abundance of the Tha Chin riverbank, and the charm of lifestyle along the Tha Chin river.
